Monday - Swim with TPT? Stretching session.

Tuesday -  Long run. Core.

Wednesday - Open water swim. Short run. Stretching. 

Thursday -  Brick.

Friday - Rest day. Man of Steel?!

Saturday - Long run or long bike. Stretching. 

Sunday -  Long bike or long run.

Target totals - Swim >2 miles. Bike >60 miles. Run >18 miles. One run over 10 miles. 2 short core and 2 short stretching sessions.
