Training Plan - Week 25 - June 17 to June 23


Monday - Swim with TPT. Stretching session.

Tuesday -  Long run, >8 miles. Core.

Wednesday - Open water swim. Short run. Stretching. 

Thursday -  Stonehaven Aquathon? Or easy brick.

Friday - Rest day or test ride Forres Tri course on my road bike? Weather dependent.

Saturday - Forres Triathlon. Stretching. 

Sunday -  Long bike. Core

Target totals - Swim >2.5 miles. Bike >60 miles. Run >18 miles. One run over 8 miles. 2 short core and 2 short stretching sessions.
