Training Plan - Week 27 - July 1 to 7


Monday - Swim with TPT. Stretching session.

Tuesday -  Long run, >10 miles. Core.

Wednesday - Short run or TT bike ride. Stretching. Doctors appointment gets in the way of open water swim.

Thursday -  Easy brick. Maybe pool swim?

Friday - Rest day.

Saturday - Long ride or long run. Happy Birthday to me.

Sunday -  Long run or long ride. Core

Target totals - Swim >2 miles. Bike >50 miles. Run >25 miles. One run over 9 miles. 2 short core and 2 short stretching sessions.
